Smile for senior living

I’ve been using this app for about a week and a half and have never been able to sign in smoothly on the first attempt. While I am not having to change my new password, it is not letting me in on the first several attempts. Then, for some reason, I have access and can see the messages at a later time. Facial recognition does not work either.

It is extremely frustrating that the login information is not remembered. It is also very dated interface. And it would nice to be able to zoom in on Photos, they are just small. The purpose of the app is great, we just need a little updating.

Logins are not remembered, despite enabling it. Biometrics are not recognized, despite enabling it. Images received in the app are tiny, with no conventional way of interacting with them (pinch, zoom, etc.) This app seems to be the only game in town. Perhaps the nursing home money they’ve been showered with bought the execs some nice cars. It sure didn’t go towards updating these Windows Mobile-esque of an app.
