Skimmer Pro

We have been using Skimmer Pro since April 2019 and while it is not perfect, it is quite fabulous! We could not run multiple routes without it. They have made great improvements over the years, and are always striving to improve and offer a better product to their clients. Hiccups occur occasionally, as will all things stored in the cloud. But overall we are very pleased and would be hard pressed to make the switch to a new platform as so much data is already stored and organized. My one big wish is the day we can export all data to Excel. That would be priceless!

The app does as preformed and advertised, however I don’t understand how it takes it seems 10 years to login when I sign in and out, it’s 2023 not 2003, loading times should reflect the improvement in technology. Also just minor bugs and when the app seems to glitch or when you finish a pool but you have to “refinish” it again and of course you have to wait the famous loading/buffering times And it says please upload photo, I get that you can only use a “current” picture but would be nice to upload as I and others also use a time stamp camera application to ensure customers of time. Just some small issues But over all it’s good.

This app looks amazing and I can’t wait to finally use it starting today! I’d like to see permission to have not only location while using that app for our pool techs, but real time GPS tracking while using the app just as an extra precaution that they are actually at the pool locations and to see their route in real time. This will also be helpful for the manager to pop in at certain pools that they would like to Well the pool tech is working for support and Additional tips and training or even to bring them lunch or a special treat. We are looking for ways to not only support them and provide Training as needed along the way, but also to stop bad work habits from forming and of course employee retention.
