… it has issues. Somehow our number was shared with another group which caused quite a bit of confusion when it was time for us to be seated. The app just crashed only the second time I opened it.

This app needs serious work. I saved up about 400 points for the past few months and now, Today when I wanted to scan my receipt, it is asking me to sign into the account. Does that mean all the points I been saving up was gone already? I never made an account before. Let alone when the app want you to sign in, it doesn’t even show you want you are typing. It’s very glitchy. This issue has been going on for months every time there is an update. I want my points back!!

I use this app often, almost weekly. The benefits are great when it works. However, 70% of the time I use it, there is always an update to the app. Once there is an update, the app requires you to sign in, which it says my info is invalid even though my password has never changed! It’s quite frustrating. I’ve been wanting to log my receipt for 2 weeks, there’s already been 2 updates to the app.
