There was a few times when I was about to make payment at the counter the app asked me to update. Without the update I couldn’t proceed. The hustle discouraged me from using it.

Speechless! It lets you suffer before really able to utilise it. That’s all I can say. Not worth the effort for all the “attractive” cash back. TnG, Grab, PayWave, notes currency or any other e-wallet apps work way better than this! And this app is not new. It’s already January 2020. Awaiting this app to be acquired by other giant? Forget it. Once I am able to access my account, I’ll empty my wallet and delete the app. Don’t be so proud of the number of your inactive users.

It randomly signs out just before I want to make payment. Makes payment delayed at the counter and cashier and queue frustrated
