I’m glad I didn’t let really old reviews of this app skew my opinion! I got a Filter box as part of my VIP package with the band. I had no idea what to expect and once I opened the app I love it!!! The full album plus all the extras. Pretty cool.

This app needs a lot of work. I was only able to connect my kit to my phone and not my iPad. I don’t want to watch a 2 hour long video on my phone (I don’t have a TV to connect to). And when I try to send an email to the team because my issue hasn’t been resolved yet, the email button doesn’t work. Overall I’m disappointed in this app and that I had to pay $30 for shipping of a little square device that hardly works and it ends up being digital anyways. Just send me a download link ugh. Edit: I forgot to mention that no matter how hard I try I can’t login. I’ve reset my password twice and it still says I have the wrong email or password. Very frustrating experience

I thought it was really cool but there are also a lot of cons. For example, even though you installed the kihno kit, you cant freely listen to the album because if you exit out the app, you’ll have to connect the kihno kit again. At first, I thought that when you finally completed installing the kihno kit, you can just listen to the album whenever you want but whenever you exit the app, you’ll have to connect again if you want to listen to the album. Also, you cant connect with multiple devices. If you connect with a different device then it’ll automatically disconnect you from one of the other device.
