SimpleTexting

We have used simple texting for years and the bigger we became the worse (and significantly more expensive) the experience was. As a non profit we cannot have expenses like that so we had to choose alternative platforms. Unfortunately, simple texting has been playing games with our phone numbers for a month now — holding them hostage and only pretending to help us port them away. Very disappointed — the more people I talk to say they experienced the same thing with simple texting and trying to leave was a nightmare. Not the smooth experience it should be. DO NOT recommend for non profits.

This app is great, I’m able to use it for my business to be in contact with multiple people via text message using the same number that our business landline uses. Very user-friendly, would recommend it to anyone needing to send out mass messages, reminders, or just communicate via text message with customers. The helpdesk has been very helpful and easy to get a hold of.

The SimpleTexting platform is, in fact, simple. It’s also powerful. The app has pretty much identical functionality as the website but makes managing the communications easier on the go for small / mobile teams. The app can be buggy at times with the occasional log-out or crash. But, with the full functionality as the SimpleTexting website, it great.
