I have waited way too long to express my appreciation for this wonderful tool in reaching the congregation. The system cannot be set up any better as far as I’m concerned. It has always surpassed my expectations having never used it before. I would encourage anyone in ministry or other professions that dealt with a group of people small or large to use the source. Do appreciate those who conceived it and who keep it going. Please continue to do so

My church kept an old Windows 95 PC working to run a Phonetree 2500 (remember them?). It worked for 18 years, but when we needed to have a modern solution, DialMyCalls stood out—great rates, lots of options and the handy app. It allows leaders to make an emergency announcement from home on their smart phone rather that haul themselves into the office and pray that 20-year old tech would work one more time.

I tried signing up for a free account and was immediately locked out. I called support and they told me it was because I was behind a corporate firewall and to download the app. I guess they do not work with enterprises! I downloaded this app and was still locked out. I called support back and they said I needed to email them a photo of my drivers license to verify my identity. Mind you when I signed up for the account all I entered was an email and a password. I never gave them any personal info. How would they “verify” my identity when they did not have name to verify it against and what kind of an organization asks you to email a drivers license which is a sure way to become a victim of identity theft. I am very suspicious of their intentions!
