Woody Block Puzzle Brain Game

I have been a loyal player of this game for about 3 years now. I never gave it a review before because I’m not really the type to, but I felt very compelled to do so now. There are many games similar to this one; the same idea of placing blocks and trying to get them in a line, with high scores and similar traits. But personally, I favor this game over them all. The team of creators are frequently active with updates. Whether it’s for new events or daily puzzles or bug fixes, it seems like they care about the game which makes it more fun for us, the players. I love the clean design of the menu and how easily accessible everything is. The tabs are easy to navigate and the simplicity of it makes everything non-stressful and offers a relaxing playtime. The symmetry of the grid (10x10) makes it relaxing. I found that not all games have it set this way and it irritated me. I also like how all the blocks have the same texture, it makes everything blend well and the simple look makes it more relaxing and easy on the eyes. My favorite thing about this game, though, is how it is played. The blocks they give you to place are for the most part randomized, but not in the same way other games do it. I’m not familiar with coding and I can’t explain it, but compared to other games, which feel almost too easy, this one feels more like a challenge. That is something I deeply enjoy. Thank you for creating such a wonderful game and keeping it free for everyone to enjoy.

UPDATE REVIEW: 5 🌟Upon this last update the game is a lot better. I’ve not had any more constant game pop ups and the option to continue playing is not shown every single time I play!. And to actually have a response back from the game developer team means alot! Just keep this game simple! You have created an awesome game. Don’t fix what’s not broken! 🙂 —————————- I have had this game for about 3 years now. I loved the chill of it. I actually paid for NO ADS early on bc I loved playing g it before bed to help calm and relax me. But this last update? WHY?!? EVERY time I open the game you guys have a pop up to play other games. NO! I paid for NO ads. That means don’t bombard me with pop ups to play other games! It’s annoying to be playing and then constantly have to close these random abrupt pop ups. And then this new feature: to be able to keep playing when you run out of moves. I play this for the challenge of fitting all the peices. If it doesn’t work out then a new game starts. But now EVERY single time I run out of moves a pop up comes up abruptly asking to watch a video to keep playing! Um no. At least have that option in the settings and the ability to turn it off. I don’t want to be asked EVERY single time to watch a video to continue playing. And then asking if “I’m sure I want to lose the game?” This new update makes the game more annoying to deal with. I just wanted a chill game to play. Not have to deal with all these pop ups while I’m playing. So I’m deleting game. It’s just not relaxing anymore. You guys have ruined the simplicity of it. 😭

I really enjoy this game... it is a little frustrating sometimes; however I have no issue in that because games are supposed to frustrate one at times. There are ads after every round, however, I say not many ads because they are short and they don’t have fake X buttons, which is one of my major pet peeves in games. But...I’m a twelve-year old and I don’t want to see Joe Biden ads. I know he needs to advertise his campaign, just like every candidate, but I wish he wouldn’t do it on a kid-friendly game. I don’t want to be involved in politics when I’m trying to relax and don’t even vote....... and yes, even if they were Trump ads I would still have the issue... and no, I’m not part of any political party and I wish people wouldn’t care so much about that stuff. Why throw a tantrum when your friend isn’t in the same political party as you? Now I’m wondering if some kids are more grown-up and adults when it comes to these issues. Sorry, got off track. Back to Woody... I don’t have too faults with this game but sometimes it will glitch me out for no reason. I check for updates and always keep my background apps off so I don’t know why this happens but overall I do enjoy it and it is one of the games I play the most on my phone. My major issue, though, is the new IQ part. It is completely inaccurate and I know an IQ or 57 is NOT 20% higher than most people. Just because I place a block does not mean my IQ lowers by ten. I really dislike that and hope it is replaced by something better and more accurate. Edit: I’ve started getting Trump ads too and am seriously considering deleting this app...
