Basically dosent work have to keep updating and yet can’t get in please try fix this as it would be very helpful

There is no way this app is updated on a regular basis, its supposed to be fast and easy, yet cant even access the app. Always crashing.

Keeps crashing every few minutes and I made and online payment a week and a half ago still waiting on it to process now I'm going to be in arrears rang credit union multiple times and they said it needs time to process so if ur going to make a payment off loan make sure u do a month or so in advance
