Progressive Credit Union

Slow, buggy, apparently IT issues as sometimes I can’t log into my account, yet I can log into any other account. Couldn’t pay for things in shops, funds were fine, no blocks or holds. Couldn’t get an answer by telephone to find out what’s happening.

Don’t waste your time downloading this. It never works. Just tried to login again and got an error 10.10 message. The website is just as bad. The last time I used that I had to enter my pin 5 times!! I now have to phone them to make a transaction and I have to guess my balance as they won’t give that information over the phone. The only way to check your balance is to physically go in to the credit union which is not a good option in current times.
