I am paying the 7 day cloud storage fee which is around $5 a month however, nothing is stored past current day that I can find. We had an incident and I can’t even find it bc the recording isn’t out there. Annoying! The app is very glitchy when multiple users are trying to access the camera view.

I can have a good picture, connected to WiFi, turned off motion detection , just trying to figure out how to change viewers. Can’t figure out how to sign out with this apple phone in order to allow another to sign in.

I had it working and it was pretty good but my iPhone died and I got a new one with a new number but now I cannot connect to the new phone because the camera is still linked to the old number and there is no way to clear it that I have found. Cleared app cache and reset camera but it still prompts that it is connected to the old number.
