I engaged with their page and clocked the care right away. At the time, they weren’t servicing my part of Orange County. Months later, they proactively reached out to let me know they were now offering 24-hour turnaround service in my area, which already set them apart. I’m currently away from home and needed laundry I’d left behind handled seamlessly. The setup process was shockingly smooth—clear, efficient, and very well-executed. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the communication: their team was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, helping me coordinate logistics with my roommate to make sure everything was set out properly and brought back in without a single hiccup. It felt discreet, organized, and completely stress-free. Pricing is comparable to my usual Laguna Beach service, but Drop Mint beat my comforter rate by over $10, which felt both smart and refined. The laundry has already been completed and delivered while I’m away, and I genuinely can’t wait to get home and experience the finished product. Based on the service, communication, and overall execution so far, my expectations are confidently high. Polished, attentive, and quietly luxurious—this is exactly how a premium service should feel.

DropMint is a total game changer! They literally pick up your clothes, wash and fold them beautifully, and drop them back off the very next day….it doesn’t get more convenient than that. The prices are super affordable, and the quality of the service is outstanding. The staff is always so kind and professional, and they’re incredibly responsive to both messages and calls, which makes the whole process seamless. I honestly don’t know how I managed laundry before discovering DropMint. Highly recommend to anyone looking to save time and make life easier! Fill up trash bags and label them for their wash and fold service. Leave them outside your door and they will be washed and folded and return to you the next day. The app they have makes it so easy to estimate your order total! I had 4 trash bags of laundry and it weighed 34 pounds for reference!! Their average weight for laundry usually is 45 pounds just to give everyone some reference for how much it would cost!! You deserve the break… saving the time so you can spend more time with your loved ones is highly recommended!! I discovered them because my washing machine broke and I’m literally just mad. I didn’t get to discover them sooner!!!!

I happened to see the DropMint delivery vehicle in my complex a few times and didn’t really pay too much mind to it. Then one day I really read the car graphic and saw it was a laundry service. My apartments don’t have the best onsite facility, and I just really wasn’t loving having to wait so long to do laundry on my own. I decided to look into them and give them a try. BEST. DECISION. EVER. The next day drop off and the wash n fold option was a game changer for my laundry routine! I not only use them for my personal laundry but also for my facial & waxing business! I love having such a reliable and reasonable service. It’s really worth every penny and love to tel people about it. It’s my little boujee splurge but it allows my days off to truly be just that, DAYS OFF. No work, no laundry and it gives so much peace of mind! As a business owner I’m already doing a million other things, laundry should have to be one of them. So grateful for this and HIGHLY recommend to anyone especially my other esthetic/ LMT businesses! Also I will say super easy to communicate with live team members, and schedule the orders for reoccurring pick up so it’s totally a set it and forget it service!
