Cheap Flights Worldwide

The app clearly stated check in luggage was included in the price. While I was booking my flights, it transferred me to another parts website to finalize my booking, which did not clearly state if checked in luggage was included or not. I proceeded with booking to find out after confirmation that no luggage in fact was included. Now, no one is taking responsibility and trying to tell me that I have to spend more for checked in luggage. Of course it’s very difficult to come to a conclusion or work out this problem with the agents on the phone since they only know broken English.
