AirJet: Flight & Hotel Finder

I booked a ticket from North Carolina to Hawaii 2 days ago and what they don’t tell you… this is not an actual ticket, only a reservation IF a seat is available. After a 2 hour phone call with a guy from India, I find out my credit card has two additional charges of $356 and $140 who informs me NO REFUNDS. Then I’m notified by another call I will be charged for taxes! I’m beyond angry this app even exists but I was told from a coworker they offer low fares. I should have know was too good to be true. My coworkers never actually booked with them. Save yourself a headache and use a reputable app. I feel foolish at my age to have been scammed but they fooled me.

Booked 2 one way flights from different departure cities. 2 different travel agencies accepted our payments and immediately emailed us that we did not have a seat. Several hours later on the phone, multiple calls back after being “disconnected after waiting on hold, finally offered an alternate flight for a higher amount for the 1st flight. Still on hold with the 2nd agent. Never again. Deleting this app. DO NOT USE.

I have never come across an application with such an easy user interface, and it’s also very true to its name. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to get a flight
