Muslim Kids TV

I love the Islamic content and I appreciate the hard work the makers of this went through to provide such an important resource to for our children. Even I am learning. However it has too many bugs. I bought it assuming I can download the app for TV as well but I always have to share screen. Also on the iPad and iPhone or Mac the episodes are always out of order. They are only in order on the web browser but for other apps it’s so hard to navigate the search. I always have to intervene as the kids gets stuck often.

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO DEVELOPER COMMENT: I’ve been trying to deal with your customer service department for almost a month now. They don’t want to refund my money!! I shouldn’t have to spend this much time back and forth with you and back and forth with my credit card company trying to get MY MONEY back for a subscription I didn’t renew and canceled! And then your agents have the nerve to tell me consider it a religious donation?! When someone cancels, don’t keep charging them, it’s that simple!! If you really are sincere about striving for customer satisfaction then refund my money and I will update my review! Once you enter your payment information, EVEN IF YOU CANCEL, they will keep your money!! Check their terms of use page! They are shady and should be ASHAMED to call themselves a Muslim company!!

I’ve been using MuslimKidsTV for my 4 year old for the past month and we have been loving it. There are tons of videos so there has been a lot of exploring. I like that they are separated by age (early years, teens, etc). On the phone or iPad we can use it to play games. My daughter has been learning to read and write in Arabic so this is a great resource. Again, there are so much variety in games and videos. Then different languages which has helped my daughter learn Urdu. I would definitely recommend this app! You can’t go wrong
