Jigsaw Genius: Classic Puzzle

I love jigsaw puzzles and was using another app I was very happy with but they became a little too greedy for me. When they required me to subscribe to their “VIP” option in order to download puzzles I have already purchased to my device, at a substantial $20/month, I said goodbye and looked for another app. This app is very good, there are a few perks they don’t have but they let me download to my device so I’m able to use when there is no WiFi available. I can live with that! The only thing I can “complain” about is the placement of the ads. The ads themself are small and unobtrusive and I understand the need for them but the placement of them gets in my way and I’m always hitting them by accident and being sent to various websites. I still prefer this app over the other one! Keep up the good work!

I’ve tried dozens of puzzle apps and jigsaw genius is, by far, the best one out there. I’ve been playing it now for at least five years and I enjoy it as much or more than when I started playing it. The puzzles are beautiful and cover a great variety of subjects. There are very limited ads which is a real plus. Many of the puzzles have also helped me strengthen my knowledge base of history and geography. When I complete a really lovely puzzle, I tend to Google the location and I learn a great deal. Lastly, I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service provided by the puzzle developers. I recently had to purchase a new iPad and a Nook and had difficulty transferring my puzzle library from the old equipment to the new. I contacted the developer and Roy went above and beyond to help me transfer all of my puzzles over to my new equipment. I had worked with him before on another problem and he was fantastic. I can’t say enough about the excellent support that you receive with this app. Please give Jigsaw Genius a try. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Sent out a distress email yesterday...it was answered almost immediately. I needed to get my puzzles from my google tablet onto my iPad. Neil worked with me on that and I am happily solving my puzzles on my new device. I love this app...it is easy to use..and very stimulating for my aging brain. I'm most impressed with their over the top customer support. I highly recommend this company !
