Spendy but worth every penny
Works exactly how you might want it to. I use it to sync pictures from my iphone to my qnap. I have it set to backup photos from an album to a specific directory that I use for a home made digital picture frame.

After a years use
I have iPhones, and this program works flawlessly!!!! We have a young child, so with that comes many pics and videos. Using Apples cloud and the cost going over the free amount of storage can be crazy. Plus it’s in the cloud and who knows who might eventually get access. On my Qnas we feel more secure than the cloud option. So all in all it’s a Great way to store mega amounts of pics and videos safely!! Hope this helps.
