I have used Travelmasters for over a decade. The first time I used them it was my first time using such a service and I did so with some reservations despite all the positive reviews. From my very first booking with them all my trips have been a success. But none more recently to Madeira when winds cancelled my flight and ALL flights off the island causing me and hundreds of others to miss return flights, mine back to the US. To say there was chaos at the airport is an understatement. Travelmasters immediately put their crisis response team on my return and got me rebooked one day later out of Lisbon at no additional costs. Had I had to arrange a brand new booking my costs may have exceeded $5000. Thank you Travelmasters. I can’t recommend them enough for being an excellent one stop travel booking provides high quality service prior, during and after the sell.

Let me tell you guys something in 2019 my wife and I were looking to go to Italy so I went on a mission to find us the best experience that we could have. I honestly downloaded like 50 travel apps and put what we wanted into them one by one and let me tell you is was pretty rough, because a lot of them were so expensive and didn’t have everything we were looking for. So one by one I deleted each app till I was down to just one app that I thought might give us the best value and everything we were looking for but it still wasn’t perfect. So I kept looking everywhere and stumbled upon a Groupon that was kinda close but still not perfect so I looked at the fine print on the Groupon and found the website of the company who provided the Groupon and it was TRIPMASTERS and from that moment on it was a match made in heaven!! This company is AMAZING, FANTASTIC, TERRIFIC, what else could I say but I will NEVER use anyone else for my travels ever again! Tripmasters does everything for you and at the BEST price ever no worries no hassles just simply the best. I have told so many people about tripmasters and everyone I tell have used them cuz there is no going wrong when you use Tripmasters.

I had always traveled overseas with groups. It was great but I often wished I could spend more time in some places and skip others. We decided to try an adventure! The Travel Master people were excellent in making adjustments in our Italy itinerary (added a day in Florence and dropping a day in Venice). The planning involved using trains from city to city. We upgraded to 2nd class seats so we always had reserved seats together. All train tickets and other documents were sent by FedEx the week before our trip. We added optional guided tours for several very popular sites - so we could skip the lines. We used Uber twice in Rome so we could get across town to sites. We upgraded to the second-level hotels. All hotels were easy walking distances from the trains. The hotels had very good abundant, breakfasts. (All places made lattes for us. Yummy!) The hotels were immaculate with helpful staff. We had our own bathrooms in our rooms, good wifi and comfortable beds. The best part was the customized website information sent to us. It gave us all the information for everything in chronological order. The information included maps of each hotel and local contact information in case we needed help. We downloaded the information to our cell phones so we always had it with us. In summary, we will use this travel planning service again. Great service for good prices.
