TourRadar: Tours & Adventures

This was our first trip to Italy and we couldn’t be any happier and grateful for the experience we had with TourRadar. It was very organized, great communication through What’s App, and readily available for questions. Easy to navigate our independent tour and saw amazing places that we will cherish forever! Great Trip. Well organized from airport pick-ups, hotels and trips. Special thanks to Mr Tony Pham for excellent customer service. He responded to all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. The tour guides in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi speak good English. They provided good information about the place. I liked the changing tour guides and fellow travelers. I met different people from different parts of the globe. I upgraded our hotel accommodation to 4 star, My favorite was the Silkotel in Hoi An. Good bfast, clean rooms and friendly staff. The Flower Garden Hotel in Hanoi is far from the Old Quarter. They had limited bfast food selections. The Cicilia Hotel in Ho Chi Minh offered delicious bfast and many food selections. My only concern were the AC in our room. ( no temperature adjustments) No English TV channels. Overall, it was a good trip. We had an amazing time in Vietnam. Travelled April 2025
