Guardian Credit Union Alabama

I've been a Guardian Credit Union member for years, and overall I've had a great banking experience. The only issue I had was with a transaction that couldn't be resolved through Guardian, even though they had the same information as another institution. I ended up working with the other company, and they were able to return my money to my account within minutes. That experience was disappointing and caused me to stop banking with Guardian for a couple of months. However, because of the excellent service I've received over the years, I decided to come back. Everyone has always been professional, friendly, and helpful, and I still trust Guardian with my banking. No bank is perfect, but Guardian has earned my business again.

Guardian Credit Union is one of the most sufficient, credible, & impressive financial institutions that I know of which will go the extra mile to help each and every member. They also have the most customer oriented employees which are kind, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of all of the operations and tools that they offer. They truly do have a concern for the member…….. This is why are you utilize the federal Drive branch in Montgomery, Alabama so often.

Justin Hollis, is the best banker I know! He is always courteous and very professional. He always goes above and beyond no matter what issues I’m facing. He always gives me the best advice on handling my situation and he never tells me anything that will make my situation worse! I really appreciate his loyalty and willingness to listen to my concerns and he always tries to help, even though I’m not his best customer he treats me as so.
