After using Officer Trak for a while, it continues to be a very poor system. The platform is not user-friendly, and even with familiarity, it remains unusable and inefficient. Simple tasks take far too long along with excessive steps and lag on every step along the way. The system is always slow, always laggy, and always unreliable. This disrupts productivity rather than supporting it. Data entry feels repetitive and cumbersome. Overall, continued use has not led to improvement, and Officer Trak remains a time-consuming and frustrating tool that requires major usability and performance improvements to be effective. I dont know why my agency and any other moved to such a terrible platform. Absolutely awful.

The app works great when its working the biggest problem I have that continuing even after the 2 big updates they released this year that apparently solved bugs and beefed security is the app crashes the first time opening it then have to re open and when time matters on being able to get the job I end up missing out cause someone has taken it by the time I het it open. I am on an iPhone 13 Pro and I know other officers that complain about the same issue

After over 21 years of coming into the station at the crack of dawn to stand in line to sign up for available overtime, this App has completely taken that hassle out of the equation. This enables the employee to review ahead of time all of the available jobs and bid in order of preference. Also, the immediate notification of open jobs helps to get jobs filled quickly. The only draw back is signing in and signing out of the job notification is very quiet (or nonexistent if your ringer is off) and in the beginning of using this App takes getting used to. Otherwise, I’ve been pleasantly surprised at the ease of it all.
