I have had this app on the iPhone to watc access two camerasfor over two years, and I have never been slightly satisfied with it. Freezes all the time : zoom in, switch between the cameras, change speed of viewing, scroll back, just looking at it causes freezing. In order to use it after closing the app I have to do a hard close and restart. After the last update a couple of weeks ago it got even worse, although I thought it was not possible. Now when I try to view an event I switches one hour forward , and it is not possible to view. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on this ADT system, and I think I just have to count my losses and replace this junk with something else. Absolutely do not recommend this app and system.

If you’re reading this while the tech is setting up your system and downloading the app, STOP. CANCEL EVERYTHING. Get whatever you can back. This system is TERRIBLE! ADT will fix my system, 8 months old, and Hanwha will not answer the phone or if they do will tell you to contact ADT and it’s not their problem. I seriously regret using this system with my camera set up. Several thousand dollars down the drain when I’m lucky to access my cameras once a week, if that. I try multiple times a day when I know I have people at the house whether it’s the dog walker or yard guys but, as I said, I can never get the cameras to load in the app. I can see this is not a new issue from all of the previous comments. PLEASE FIX THIS

Paid almost 10k for this and the app is horrible. I returned the v8 whole thing. If your reading this before the guy finishes setting up cancel now and save the hassle of refunding it. I’m serious telll them you changed your mind and go buy a camera setup from Costco for under 1k that will do the same and better. You just have to have to time to set it up but it will save you over 5 grand. So think about it
