更换手机号都不行
原手机号注销了，想更换手机号却没有此功能，问客服被告知注册新账户即可，可是原来的公交卡无法移除绑定到新注册账号中。真不方便

失望透
听地铁工作人员推荐说可以充值公交卡，下载完后失望透，实名认证后，也不需要选择名下的公交卡，直接就进入充值页面，我都不知道这钱要往哪儿充！就不能请个专业的技术团队来做这个软件吗？
