I was looking for apps for a wile that fit what I wanted but none of them seemed to work. They either only offered a handful of workouts or need a subscription to access them. This app was totally different. It offered easy step by step tutorials on what would be best for my body with no added cost. Really great full I download this app it changed my life and nothing else on the market compares.

I can’t go forward to watch ONE video for my FIRST TIME on this app. Just did a review saying how frustrated I was that I can’t even explore the app before I’m bombarded with “all privileges included if 5-star rating given. Well here is your FAKE 5 star! I’m just doing it to see if you’ll actually allow me to proceed on this app. If not, shame on y’all! Only about rankings and money rather than the content your falsely advertising!

I had to go swimming a lot this summer but I didn’t want to be embarrassed by my belly fat and so when I downloaded this app I immediately started working out and I kept doing it daily. Within a couple days I noticed a big difference in my weight. Combining the exercise with healthy eating worked phenomenally.
