November 1st, and still can’t get past the loading screen. It’s a nice animation, but not useful. Please fix. Thx.
Well the ap was useful for the basics like access to the membership card and institute map but since the last iOS update it doesn’t make it passed the loading screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but same issue. Please fix.
App no longer opens with latest update. On top of that, trying to purchase tickets for events are a nightmare. App is not functional. Which looks bad for a scientific/tech museum. Please fix it.
