This app is set up for signing up for new service or disconnecting current service. You cannot see your bills, history or anything relating to your current account. You cannot even change your payment type to auto pay. Not worth the space it takes up on your device. They should look at LCEC to see what a utility app should be capable of.
Can’t get past “Please connect your device to the internet” on multiple devices. All of them are connected to the internet.
This app does not work. The request's tab doesn't show anything, it is completely blank. On the website they list this app as the best option to request service and it doesn't even load the menu. Horrible app, uninstalling it now. LCU needs a new app developer asap.
