The app updated on my iPhone a couple of days ago and now when I try to edit the dates I’ll have visitors here, I am forced to enter a phone number for many of them (but not all). I don’t understand the reasoning for this requirement and couldn’t find an explanation online. I’ve reported this to my HOA but thought I’d reach out here. I tried copying and pasting phone numbers from my contacts but the paste was unsuccessful and left erroneous phone numbers. I tried this several times and finally resorted to entering all 1’s just so I could get the person’s correct dates entered. Very frustrating. I also don’t like the new software with respect to how we have to enter the date/date range for each visitor. It’s very cumbersome. Thumbs down for this update. Just wanted to say kudos to the ISN software team for paying attention to my comments above and taking action to correct these issues. After updating to the most recent version of the app, phone numbers are no longer required and the calendar feature for setting dates has returned, making the process much more user friendly. Thanks a lot!

App doesn’t allow me to add new guests, show message “limit exceeded for permanent guests” even when I tried to simply invite a friend to come over tomorrow. Then the app shows an icon that looks like its reloading, but it get stuck and I had rebooted the app multiple times to try again, but the issue persists. Very disappointed that I’ll need to face this kind of issue when I try to have guests, because of an unreliable app.

It makes my life easier when inviting my guests. Simple, quick, easy to use.
