It’s been years so I don’t hold out a ton of hope, but I really wish you could simply resume from the last played point in a channel. If the number of skips wasn’t limited to 6 this would not be an issue, but I almost never get to the end of a countdown because at some point I stop listening and when I resume it’s back to the beginning. *please please please* either remove the skip limit for Rick’s replays or figure out a way to remember the last played point!
I love listening to the Rick Dees countdowns from the 80’s. This app would be perfect but for one issue. If I don’t allow it to access the microphone, I get ‘Access Denied’ pop ups and the app will not play. I don’t give any app unfettered access to the microphone on my iPhone. I even tried turning on the access to start it and turn it off after the audio starts. Alas, that does not work. Two stars for the content, otherwise it would be Zero stars because of the microphone issue. Why does an app need microphone access in order to play music? I have deleted this. I’ll just listen to the weekend relays they do on my local radio station.
While I love the app for the 80s, 90s and 2000’s weekly top 40s, this app isn’t working properly when it comes to building your own channel. I have add over 100 songs to my new channel and I will playback the channel and I only hear a song I added play once every 4 or 5 songs. All the other songs I did not add to my channel. So if this issue isn’t fixed, it’s not worth listening to my channel as most of the songs are not ones I added or even know.
