Cheddar Up

We started using Cheddar Up about a year ago for our high school band booster group. WOW, has this been easy to use and a game changer for collecting funds & fees!! The developer has also been extremely open to making changes based on user feedback. I noted that we could not previously control “manager” access the way we wanted to at the individual campaign level. At the next version update, it was fixed! The app is very straightforward for simple campaigns yet powerful & flexible for complex ones.

I am blown away by how easy this app was to use, how well they explained their system, and how perfectly it worked. I organized my high school reunion and this app made it seamless to not only collect funds for the event but also easily collect survey answers those attending! I am recommending it to all my friends! This is the app you want if you need to organize collections/info for an event.

Update: I spent at least half an hour on a form that DISAPPEARED when I closed a pop-up window informing me that I would need to upgrade my account if I wanted to save a second form. I couldn’t even copy my text to paste into a Google Form instead. It was GONE. Not cool. Great app with good customer support. I just wish they would take a cue from other businesses like Canva and offer free or discounted Pro and/or Team membership to verified 501(c)(3) organizations. (Some of us are actually quite small and can’t afford $10 or $30 per month but could *really* do a lot of good with the option to have multiple Board members managing collections with >5 items.)
