I have two letters from the fl/al branch ..Can I pay with just my account # n rout# because I’m not able to have a debit card with my bank for security reasons

Not only can you not link accounts if more than one person in the household has an account. For example my wife and I can’t not just log out on her app and log in into mine to make the payment. Also if you can’t log in for whatever system error is on their end you won’t be told why. Even tried registering under a different email of mine but won’t proceed because the number is the same. So to say I’m unimpressed with the over all app and whoever designed it is an understatement. Maybe they will figure it out, maybe they won’t.

I’ve been a LONG-TIME customer and sold on the idea from Security Finance that they will help your credit. I paid ALL payments on time and would pay down my balance for years rather than pay it off. I was told by staff that this will help my credit by showing I’m continuing on time payments. First, when you “renew” your loan it closes out your old payments on your credit and starts fresh. Second, they paid off my loan without my knowledge after I told them I’m applying for a mortgage. Third, they are always way behind on reporting to the bureau and some months don’t report at all. Now, I have 3 hard inquiries from Security Finance and no open accounts. Paying on time and being a long-time customer negatively affected my credit score.
