If I could give this app zero stars, I would. I’ve never used an app that is so consistently awful. From the functionality to the overall user experience. It freezes constantly, force quits without command, doesn’t save, glitches so badly every week or two that you have to delete and reinstall the app to even get it to open. I have no idea how you tricked hospital systems into using this.

This app was clearly not designed by anyone who understands how it should be used. Only live pictures can be uploaded, not PDFs which is directly in conflict with secure HIPAA practices. I literally print a document, take a picture for the app, and then throw it away. You can only use the app, not the website to upload case info. Awful user experience.

My team and I have used CaseSnap for a couple years now and this is by far the best. User friendly, quick to enter information, and customer service is always super helpful when I need them.
