I’ve lived in S. Korea for nearly a decade. When I first arrived, sending money back to the US was a pain and required a physical trip to the bank. I love using SENTBE because I can deposit my transfer amount and start a transfer transaction from anywhere and never have to step foot into a bank or visit an ATM. It’s fantastic!

Customer service is not appropriate, and there’s no back up for customers. Recently i was sucked by the transaction which was not processed but i was told to many times that the transaction submitted and didn’t get any evidence of submission. Otherwise I provide the statement of recipient account then the transaction truly submitted and the complaining procedure almost took my two weeks. Kindly improve your customer backup. Thanks, :Rijab
