Customer service is not appropriate, and there’s no back up for customers. Recently i was sucked by the transaction which was not processed but i was told to many times that the transaction submitted and didn’t get any evidence of submission. Otherwise I provide the statement of recipient account then the transaction truly submitted and the complaining procedure almost took my two weeks. Kindly improve your customer backup. Thanks,
