The layout of the app, Schedules, Bookings, etc. is fine but it takes a long time to load both….and sometimes just fails to load the schedule so I end up having to call in to reserve a lane. Announcements, Services, Contact and Hours loads fine but that is rarely used compared to trying to book a lane. And 2 years without an update? There should improvements and bug fixes more often.

I love this facility; but the app just doesn’t work. Scheduling never appears. It just keeps loading. They basically made an entire app for my member card, which is the only thing about this app that is functional.

Through Liberty, you can view the number of available time slots in each range, and the book/cancel cut-off times. If your plans change, you can cancel bookings directly on your phone as well.
