I love this app. It’s been keeping me busy for the last couple weeks. I would say the only downfall on this app, is not getting your payment right away . On almost every job they offer on this app completing the work you have to wait a couple weeks, just to get paid. Payment is almost always Via PayPal! The Jobs pay hi the locations are very nice and professional and each staff member I’ve ever ever dealt with is very professional and nice as well.

This app, while good overall, is badly in need of update. Opening any of the shops is very slow and it’s been this way for years now. Anything you select takes way too long to open and that includes going back to the page you were just on.
It also has some odd “features” like not being able to add more pictures from your phone after you first start a shop report, which considering the amount needed for many reports often means having to use my pc to finish if I miss any by accident/mistake.
Otherwise the layout is nice and easy to find your way around, unlike some mystery shop apps I’ve tried. If the speed were improved and a couple other things were fixed it would be near perfect. Unfortunately the places it does fall short are hard to ignore, especially if you use it at all regularly.

Overall the app is good except the job board won’t load initially without going to a different screen first. Enhancements: 1) The app should have a way to remove shops that you don’t want. (One at a time or by company or state) The list is too cumbersome. 2) need to see jobs Ive applied to that are still pending. 3) use icons on job offers to indicate requirements i.e. photos, call, visit, video, recorded call etc. I find the written descriptions are contradictory. 4) fix search, it brings back ridiculous results and you can even search by state 5) many times job board and guidelines don’t match. For example the guidelines say must be a workday but job offer says must be today only (which is a Saturday)
