App and website submitting shops don’t work right
I can’t even log into the app. I enter my information and click submit and it changes what I had entered in. I used the website to do a shop that has 7 different parts. It’s suggested to click save frequently so you don’t lose your work. It didn’t work, I got an error after clicking save and lost everything. I entered my information again, clicked save and got an error again. Appears they have some bugs to work out. There’s lots of mystery shopping companies out there that don’t have issues.

When I open the app there is only a white screen. If I try to register it says that the mail or password is not correct. I trie to download the app again but the same thing happens.

I’m trying to get in touch with someone from tech-support I can’t take the certification quiz it’s stuck and I can’t get into the shop and I can’t do the shop I need to have done for today because I’ve been trying since like yesterday to do the certification and it won’t submit it won’t reload it’s just a giant red bar please help someone
