It has been two weeks since I applied to open an account using the app some days ago I tried calling them they cut the call on me they then told me to go to there Facebook page I went and texted them they told me to call the same people who cut the call on me this is awful customer service 2 weeks and my application is is still processing

The customer service is definitely excellent

Like I have said above I’m not here to complain but state facts , standard Chaterd in a fair bank , affordable bank , it’s excellent and fast with online transactions , easy to navigate around the online platforms , and I would recommend someone to open an account with them. Now let’s state the negatives Customer service is the worst overall, toll free number is mostly busy especially when u best need them, there are not enough ATM’s around a big city like Lusaka, not to talk about the banks themselves, all the branches I know in town do not work , there ATM’s are mostly out of money, please stanchart Improve on these things and we will continue working with you and recommend to our juniors aswel.
