SC Mobile Ghana

I’ve tried using the app for international wire transfers and it keeps failing. Visited SC branches and reported the issue but it remains unresolved. The call center for SC Ghana operates from India or somewhere in South East Asia and offers very limited information support. Whatever informs the decision for an Africa operation to be receiving support from Asia remains intriguing. I don’t even know my bank relationship manager to get personalized support. SC Ghana should fix this!

Awesome app and makes it possible to do almost every needed thing at the banking hall but It is difficult touching the 3 lines for the menu at the top left corner on an iPhone 13 pro max. Not so sure about the other versions. If the Menu button can be maximized, that’ll be great!

Received my debit card after a month of opening this account. Now activation seems to be a problem. Agents won’t pick my calls just some robot which keeps talking till my airtime finishes. Can’t even create an online login with my debit. Error everywhere. What’s the meaning of all this ? Why’s your customer service so whack 😡
