Club Factory - Unbeaten Price

there is laying my some amount in your wallet, and I can not use it to buy anything from you only because of your permanent inability / disability to deliver effective products. (For detail, you can check my account, how many times I ordered but received defective product and customer care says I will refund for missing part what you have not received, stupid). Now tell me, What should I do ? How can I use my such amount? Or I shall have to forget such amount as my loss. Do not buy any thing from club factory as if you ll order for a pair of shoe, they definitely ll deliver a single shoe for single foot as I received two times a single cuff button on order is pair. Interestingly when I did complaint then the stupid executive offered me to refund half of amount for a single cuff button which they have not delivered. It is the height of stupidity..... Club factory selling web site containing attractive products with exciting price BUT THIS WEBSITE IS NOT RELIABLE AS I HAVE ORDERED PAIR OF CUFFLINK BUT 2 TIMES I WAS DELIVERED SINGLE PIECE FOR ONE HAND.... AND IN CASE OF REFUND I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING CHARGES FOR THIER FAULT... IT IS DISGUSTING ..... USE THIS APP IN YOUR OWN RISK

Part of my order was delivered and the other item never showed up. Upon asking their customer care I was informed that it’s taking time and I need to be patient. Even after a week of that conversation my product was nowhere to be found. I tried reaching out again and my chat was transferred from one agent to the other!!!!!! Fed up I asked for a refund as nobody was able to give me details about my order. I was promised a refund and was advised to wait for 7 to 10 business days. That passed by too and my refund also never arrived. As per customer care I should check with my bank as they were unwilling to share the details of when the refund was initiated. I did that and nope, no money was credited to my account!! Even then the customer care simply refused to give me any further details of the transaction and just insisted that they have done it and now my bank is responsible... I regret having purchased from club factory since they have no accountability and have zero customer focus. It has been almost a month neither have I received my product nor my money!! It’s a shame

My order has been cancelled all of a sudden even though I confirmed the order weeks ago! Until yesterday I was checking the status of my product everything was good! It had almost reached the shipping stage but now they are saying the product is not available so they cancelled my order! What a pathetic app! First of all they take nearly a month to deliver the product and now this? If the product itself is not there, then what were you processing till now? Thank god it was a COD order or else I would have lost my money! Don’t believe that careless people like these would have refunded my money! And also your messages are so confusing? You say the product is not there so my order has been cancelled. Then you send another message saying I don’t need to pay anything when my product is delivered? If the order has been cancelled and there is no product then why are you telling me that I shouldn’t pay anything when it is delivered? I don’t understand? Anyway I’m just glad that my very first experience from club factory has been so eye opening that I now understand what a fraud app this is! Uninstalling and never suggesting anyone else to use this app.
