I’m using bigbasket since lockdown and I’m more than happy with their service. Bigbasket has almost everything I need, prices are reasonable and I am very happy for their timely delivery. Sometimes they are earlier than the scheduled time slot but they are never late. Delivery people are also very nice and helpful. If there is any problem, they try to solve it as quickly as possible. Thank you so much.

Due to COVID we started ordering groceries through Big Basket , everytime we order atleast one item will be missed saying stock is not available but it will be listed as available in the app . Sometime delivery person says stock is available but we missed it . Finally we will not have the product in hand and top of it delivery charge will be applied as the total amount will be less than 600 after removing this item . Customer care doesn’t care to respond to questions . My opinion is these people are taking advantage as there is no competition in the market . Not only the app entire bigbasket system have underlying issues which are effecting end customers
Delivery person cancels the order without an attempt for the delivery and there is no proper response from the customer service or the app support . They simply respond to your reviews saying write it to app support but no one really cares

Don’t bother ordering from them cause you might not receive the items at all or they’ll cancel your order without even putting the effort to contact you. They don’t deliver the order in the allotted time slot and will not even inform you about the delay. Being an Indian I was still okay with them being late and following indian Standard time but what irritated me even more was that they were supposed to deliver the items between 10 AM -12PM.. They finally called me at 1.12 PM which unfortunately I missed and at 1.13 PM(WITHIN 1 minute) they sent me an email that the order has been cancelled cause I did not pick the call. I wait for 1 hour 12 minutes and they did not even bother to at least put minimal effort to reach me. Order at your own risk if you can wait for their call without taking even 1 minute off. Any other important thing can wait but big basket will not.
