I took Philippe Petit’s immersive “Unbalanced” tour. It was delightful and gave me insights about Rothko and abstract expressionism I had never considered.
Sadly, after instructing me to move from floor 2->4, Philippe lost track of my location. I walked around the 4th floor and the app said “Are you lost? Try using the Detour app.”
A friendly sales clerk and I fumbled with various buttons in the app but she was unable to assist.

Forced to use gps while in app although it’s completely off and just adds a level of annoyance. And thus also an unnecessary battery drainer.

The UI is confusing, and the audio doesn’t work in the slightest. Please hire a better developer to clean up the navigation and audio tours.
