I'm really not sure what this app is supposed to do, but it does absolutely nothing. Shows a map but no planes at all. Maybe it's just a an abandoned app.
Southwest Airlines is the BEST airline anywhere. This app however was released before it had been developed into anything useful by comparison to others. Not intuitive, not documented, doesn’t track your specific flight, and airport lookups are very incomplete or at least not correlated to nearby major cities. It should be able to link to your SWA Frequent traveler number so as to optionally attach to your itinerary. I’m not one to review things often but please take this offline until it is is up to the 5 star level that the airline is.
