Works great. No paper or using notepad/document software to electronically keep track of your stats. I like the charts too. The best part IMO is the calendar. I find it very convenient for finding the next workout, as I use the streaming beachbody app on my TV for my workouts. It also shows the actual duration of each workout which makes things a lot easier for scheduling. My only complaint is that typing in the stats gets very annoying very quickly. I wish the text boxes would do a select-all when you tap on them so you can just enter your number instead of having to use backspace to erase the default value first.

So Far Five Star!

I have no complaints! And, trust me, I’ve been looking for something to annoy me. This app, especially compared to the last Insanity workout tracking app I used, is really exactly what I need. Sure, when/if I get to the Asylum Series, I may wish I could continue to track my workouts in this same app, but for now, that day is in the distant future. This app is surprisingly flexible. I was concerned it would be rigid about the calendar - I incorporate Insanity into my weekly Boot Camp schedule, so I was afraid the app would be weird about skipped days, but it just moves right along allowing me to mark each workout as I get to it. Just a very clean, user friendly app! Well done, and thank you! It’s about time!! In my 8+ years of working out with Sean T. this has been, by far, the best tracking experience!

User friendly

This app is user friendly but I do wish that it had a way to include weekly progress pictures. That is the biggest let down. I also wish that there was a way to access the next level of the workout. Asylum in as the extended portion of the app even if I had to pay the extra $3 again to include the next set of workouts I would because I’d have all my progress in one app and the pictures from each workout plan in one place. I wish there was also a way to track water intake. Water is one of the absolute essentials, along with being able to mark in shakeology or recovery drink when working out. I do think that part is a huge let down.
