In order to adjust levels like beginner, you have to upgrade. Very simple app to get started but you have to adjust the equipment because premium allows you to filter.

I really like the way you can customize your work outs and how you can put in your available equipment and it will give you work outs that work with what you have, but I use my phone for my music and it ends your music when the timer starts. You can restart your music but you have to leave the app and come back into it. It also doesn’t work with music at all if you’re doing an EMOM or TABATA. I also don’t like that when scoring an AMRAP it only lets you record full rounds, not extra reps. I also wish it would let you add notes or edit works after you complete them, like doing push up on your knees or maybe you had to drop your weight after starting or do less rounds. But overall it’s a good app

So happy I found this app!!! It’s the best app I’ve found to customize CrossFit workouts when I’m traveling! I can even enter what equipment I have available in each location. Love it!
