Enjoying Grenada. Service is the best we’ve ever had at a sandals. Kissella is the bomb! Every 15 minutes she is walking poolside to get us drinks. We did not have a butler but met Glendon who saw us a few times and chatted to be sure we were having a good time. He should be management!! Forgot some razors at home so I went to buy them at the resort shop but did not have any. Rhonda came thru and delivered them to room. Thank you for being so attentive. Only negative we can say is the royalty and travel people did not have their A game. I especially since it was welcome home week. We fell thru the cracks and didn’t get information as a diamond member should. We heard from others as well who said they were supposed to get a free week or move up a tier and did not get recognized. Welcome home week happens once a year and this is their time to shine-and they didn’t come thru like other sandals welcome Home weeks we’ve been too. I know… first world Problems. Celebrating birthdays, one a milestone. Amazing experience from the time we stepped onto the property. Top notch service! We choose to go all out w/sky pool room and butler service. Kieran, Junior and Akeisha went above and beyond to make our special celebration one to remember! Not to mention the impeccable service, attention to detail and friendly personalities, they were all wonderful. We focused our week on diving, completed 7 dives, one night dive. Everyone we encounter in the dive shop were professional, friendly and so helpful! Big shout out to Travis, Jermaine and Adrian. Travis certified one of us for open dive, great experience! Patient, knowledgeable and made it fun! Jermaine certified one of us for Advanced, again, great experience!! Adrian took us on night dive, impeccable professional but most of all, made it enjoyable and memorable. The entire captain and crew were all about safely, service and fun! I highly recommend this dive shop and team for anyone thinking of getting certified or considering which resort to go to for diving. Lots of dive locations to choose from! Reefs awesome, wrecks as well! We didn’t do the sculpture dive but heard great things. This was my first Sandals and Grenada set the bar high.

AMAZING! Just left Sandals Emerald Bay in Exuma. Our butlers, Keisha and Deandria ROCKED! They were the BEST! Professional and their attention to EXCELLENCE was off the charts! These ladies were the reason our trip will be CHERISHED for a Lifetime!!! The water is EVERYTHING you see in the photos! Relaxing, quiet and the grounds were groomed to perfection! Our favorite Bar tender was in the Bahama Bay, Melizza, she knew how to make the BEST FROZEN refreshers!! Our room attendant, Ashira, did a FABULOUS job cleaning our room and suppling us with toiletries and towels. Enthusiasm to make guests feel comfortable was a 10! The couples hot salt stone massage we received at Red Lane Spa was the BEST we had either had EVER! Deidrie and Andrea (even in masks) worked out muscles out and just created a most relaxing atmosphere. We had breakfast each morning at IL Cielo and Arizona the manager greeted each and every guest at their tables to make sure we were satisfied with food and service. Kayla and Lenae were “TOP NOTCH”. Kayla went out of her way to serve us with a specialty mimosa and at dinner one night (even though we were there at closing) did NOT rush at all. She made sure our meal was hot and answer any questions we had along with taking her time for each course. Our only complaint was our room, we paid a high amount for front ocean view walkout suite and the furniture needed updating and our tv had to be replaced and our air did not work properly for three days. Sandals, you can take a building at a time and it would not take much to give them a “FACELIFT”.
