I’ve had this insurance and app for just over 2 weeks, but so far it’s been as good as State Farm and Progressive. No issues with the app and it’s super easy to access my insurance card and other account info. I also called customer service after hours and they answered right away to help me create my login (I was just skipping the 0 😅). And the rep was super nice and helpful. So, I would ignore the old reviews and just try it out for yourself. They definitely offered me a cheaper rate than the other 5 companies I compared it to.

My app keeps crashing when I need to see my ID cards or policy please fix this!!!!!!!

I keep this insurance because of the low cost but there are constant issues with the app. I’ve tried calling for two days and am placed on hold for an extended period of time. Several times I hear the line pick up and women speaking and then they put me back on hold again. I’ve had to hang up due to trying to call while working and on break. The customer service is horrible. App never works. I’ll be looking for a new insurance provider as soon as Christmas is over. Don’t sign up with them.
