Bah, it was like trying to get a parrot to sing opera!So, I did what any self-respecting pirate would do: I turned tail and scurried back to Clearcover. Their claims process was smoother than a mermaid's glide, and their customer support? They were like friendly dolphins, always ready to lend a fin. Now, I'm anchored securely under the Clearcover flag, my wallet singing sea shanties of joy, and my mind as calm as a tropical lagoon.So, if you're weary of insurance woes and price-hunting perils, take my advice: ditch the Root and cast your anchor with Clearcover. Their service is a treasure worth more than all the gold in Davy Jones' locker!

To be truly honest I never thought I was gonna get coverage for my/our car with my fiancée. We were having lots of trouble finding a good and affordable Insurance. All of those big very well know Insurance Companies didn’t help much. Our quote were extremely high do to the fact that my fiancée is 19 years old and barely got her license last year. She really insisted me that she wanted to be involved in everything which was something that I really didn’t mind about. She wanted to be added in the insurance policy and that was causing us big time problems to the point where I kinda lost hope on insuring our car. I’m 21 years old and also got my license last year(2019) so that played a big factor in the coverage we wanted as well. When I found out about Clearcover and started doing a quote online, I couldn’t believe, I was afraid because I got my hope extremely up when I saw the price after I added my fiancée as a driver. I had to call to make sure the prices were right but when Laura , I believe is her name told me that that was the actual price I almost fainted but I didn’t, I got soooo happy and thank God after it because Clearcover was able to give us an affordable price on our coverage and I loved the professionalisms they have at the moment they talk and the patience they have to explain everything. I truly recommend Clearcover to all my people, it’s a legit team! Thanks Clearcover!

Awful experience from trying this app all the way to contacting them directly by phone. I tried to get the rates from this app, and it didn’t give me that option. It only available from the browser, and even then after submitting all the information it didn’t provide any quotes and didn’t provide the reason. Okey. So I decided to give them a call. The quality of the call sounded like those long distance calls made in early 90s. After waiting in the line for 10 minutes I was able to speak to an agent. I told the agent that I was not able to pull the quote from online, and he checked my profile and told me that the reason why I was not given the rates is because I had 6 accidents last year :)))) and they all are at my fault accidents. Seriously, 6 at fault accidents??? Well, I asked them politely if they can provide the details to me of all those 6 incidents to which the Agent respondent that I have to provide the proof to them that those are not accidents and literally hung up on me. This shows how inexperienced and incompetent the Agent was, to handle cases like this. In addition to that, any other insurance company out there(be it GEICO, or Progressive) do retrieve accurate information about my driving records which clearly shows that I don’t have 6 at fault accidents in the past year. So, there is no need to provide these guys any proof. Long story short, useless and limited app, bad call quality, rude and incompetent customer service and inaccurate driving records! Bad experience from A to Z! Don’t waste your time.
