The questions they give you on these are poorly worded and contain answers that are very broad with little to no learning benefit. Listing things such as “skills” but also having multiple choice along with skills such as “demeanor” and “knowledge”… demeanor can and is a skill and without the knowledge you won’t have the skill… open ended and stupid. Not a fan of this and would suggest not downloading this app if you’re interested in actually learning anything.

A little weird at first, however once you play the games, it makes sense. The games do in fact make one learn quicker and better. Even after many fail attempts, it’ll makes you retain the info until you get it. Innovative way to change the training process for new and current employees in the job industry.

This app is great because rather than reading manuals or watching videos, employees can get on boarded and receive ongoing training by playing games instead! Definitely more engaging than any other traditional training methods out there. All companies should use this app!
