I’m glad you got rid of that other automated garbage reader that was on here couple months ago. That was horrible. This is much better. I also like the questions and the way you guys word them. It doesn’t confuse you and the way you ask them. The way you ask a question matters.

I resent this company for forcing me to download and app, and not being able to simply use a web interface.
All of the emojis and gifs are juvenile and distracting.
Having company information like recipes stuck on a platform that I can't download the files forces me to either take screen shots, transcribe everything by hand after completing the course, or being bound to opening the app during work.
The app is so simple, it's courses will flag an answer like "yogurt" wrong when I expects "yogurt-like," or "piping bag" incorrect when it's looking for "transfer it into a piping bag." Guess it's simplicity only runs one way.
