If your job requires you to use this app, quit. Seriously. This app is an absolute nightmare and one of the biggest wastes of time I’ve ever experienced. The app claims you can delete your account, but apparently that comes with the ridiculous requirement of tracking down some “admin” who supposedly gave permission for you to create the account in the first place. That explanation makes absolutely no sense and feels like an excuse to make deleting your account unnecessarily difficult. The app is poorly designed, the account deletion process is ridiculous, and the customer support experience was beyond frustrating. I would rather eat glass, step on Legos barefoot for the rest of my life, just to stop myself from downloading this app. All I want is for my account to be DELETED. That is literally it. How did you manage to make something this simple this unbelievably difficult?

I tried to delete my account because I had the wrong app. It said to contact admin but I am not registered with any company yet so I have no admin to contact. I also couldn’t find any customer support information either.

The app is great and all, but i can’t figure out how to chat with the job I’m already in. It made me make an application thing, but I already have a job and I’m trying to chat with that, not find a new job. It would be a great help if someone taught me how to use the app with my current job and not a new one. (Edit: so I recently figured out that they have a custom URL that doesn’t work at all. The website quite literally doesn’t exist.)
