Can’t even login
1- Tried all options to login including phone number and account name. Neither worked 2- The Ooredoo tv itself is not operating properly, sometimes channels are not even broadcasted. 3- I reset it for 3-5 times before it start working again. 4- Ending the subscription soon and getting another service provider.

No sound at all
I used to watch my favorite series on my iPad, but since 4 days ago the video is playing but without any sound. I tried on my phone and different video and the same problem I will give it 4 star after the issue is resolved
